Our Childbirth Education classes include 4 lessons (1.5-2 hr each). Topics include pregnancy and birth preparation and health, the miracle of labor and birth, comfort measures and pain management, birth plan, postpartum healing, newborn care and nursing. Childbirth education book, water bottle and after birth spay.
